On February 2nd 2007 Stephen and I were matched on eharmony. We started communicating immediately and within a few days set up our first date. On February 8th we met at a Starbucks and from the moment we set eyes on each other our lives changed forever. In April we moved in together in Stephen’s Condo in Broomfield Colorado and we have been building a wonderful life together ever since. I surprised Stephen on his birthday on October 19th by proposing to him. I took him out to our swing on our balcony porch and read this to him……. It’s amazing how you can speak right to my heart without saying a word….. No matter how hard I try I could never explain what I feel when you don’t say a thing. The smile on your face lets me know that you need me… There’s a truth in your eyes saying you’ll never leave me. The touch of your hand says you’ll catch me if ever I fall… You say it best when you say nothing at all. No one is perfect in life, but you’re so perfect for me….. Right by your side baby is where I was meant to be. So if I might I have just one question…...
Will you marry me? Then I pulled out a box with a ring in it! He said yes!!!! Which brings us to the announcement of our upcoming wedding : )
Our Wedding Ceremony will be held on Sunday, August 31st at 11:00 A.M. at Sapphire Point. This is a beautiful outdoor location that overlooks the 10 mile Mountain Range. It is located between Breckenridge and Keystone on Swan Mountain Road. (CR 1) To get there take I-70 West to Exit 205 Dillon/Silverthorne and go left into Dillon. Follow Hwy 6 thru Dillon, you will notice the lake on your right, take this to Swan Mountain Road. (CR1.) Turn right and follow Swan Mountain Road for about 2 miles & Sapphire Point Parking area will be on your right. When you are parked and facing the trail you will want to take the trail up from the left side. Walk approximately 200 ft to the overlook. If we have inclement weather we will be having the ceremony back at the house. Please feel free to wear casual summer attire.

Our reception will immediately follow the wedding ceremony back at the Meadow House at Keystone Ranch. The address for the house is 1293 Keystone Ranch Road, Keystone, Colorado 80435. The directions to the House are as follows, from I-70 West: The first exit after the Eisenhower Tunnel is Exit 205/Dillon/Silverthorne. Go left at the light into Dillon. Travel through Dillon (notice the grocery store and Gart Sports on your left), past the Lake on your right. As you enter Keystone, take a right at the first light onto West Keystone Road.
After turning off the highway, immediately veer to the left and go .4 miles to Soda Ridge Road. Take a right on Soda Ridge Road (you'll see a sign pointing to Keystone Ranch).
Go .95 miles on Soda Ridge Road ~ you will run into the stables. Just before the stables, take a left on Keystone Ranch Road (there is no street sign). Keystone Ranch Road is a very windy road at this point. You'll feel that you are driving up up up!
Go 1.3 miles on Keystone Ranch Road to Keystone Ranch gatehouse. Go through the gate ~ immediately after the gate, veer right at the 'fork' and stay on Keystone Ranch Road (follow the sign to the Ranch House).
Go .35 miles on Keystone Ranch Road. You will see a row of mailboxes on your right ~ after you pass them, veer left past the Golf Course Clubhouse (it will almost feel as though you are driving right through the parking lot). As soon as you leave the parking area, you will pass the Keystone Ranch pool on your right, take an immediate right into the first driveway. The house number is 1293 and the name on the house is "KRESGE", but if you see the number or name sign, you have gone too far.
We have rented the House at Keystone Ranch from Friday August 29th to Monday September 1st for our family that will be staying with us. We will be able to check into the house on Friday at 4:00 PM. It’s an eight Bedroom home that sleeps 26 people. We would like to assign rooms as soon as possible. Please send us an email with the nights you plan to stay and the number of people in your group.
